The IFWTWA Board of Directors welcomes new member Michael J. Hultquist  from Lake in the Hills, IL.  Michael runs several web sites  dedicated to cooking with chili peppers, where he includes information on growing, preserving and more. He has written 3 print cookbooks, all dedicated
specifically to chili peppers. The Board thinks you’ll enjoy Michael’s article, “How to Infuse Alcohol with Chili Peppers.” According to Michael, ” Habanero peppers are ideal for infusions as they pack a
great deal of heat and flavor, but you can realistically use any type of chili pepper, like the fabulous jalapeno or the smoky chipotle.”
