Korinthos, Greece IFWTWA Corinthian Riviera Media Trip – September 2016

Korinthos or Corinth is blessed by the ruins of an entire section of Ancient Corinth. It is also the site of St. Paul’s letter to the Corinthians. We visited the museum that holds the two Kouroi of Klenia, two noble sons who died. We visited several churches and listened as a parishioner sang an impromptu hymn in full voice inside the church for us. A visit to a monastery of nuns that farms, and operates a dairy and makes fine cheeses preceded dinner and dancing with the mayor of Korinth at a seaside restaurant.
