With over 20 years of restaurant experience - traveling from San Francisco Bay Area to Hawaii, Orange County and Temecula Wine Country - Corie has cooked, corked, sampled and sipped it all. Although a professional food, wine and travel writer, her creative spirit has landed her in the kitchen, in front of the camera and in all sorts of other interesting places. Corie keeps her eye and palate on emerging trends in food, wine and spirits. She loves to explore inventive ideas in cuisine and eagerly shares her discoveries with her readers.
