Gwen Pratesi is a James Beard Foundation Award Finalist in Journalism and an award-winning food and travel writer. She is a biweekly contributor to U.S. News & Word Report, coauthor of Southern Heat with Chef Anthony Lamas, and co-owner with her husband of On the Road Culinary Adventures, a culinary travel business.
