Lisa Codianne Fowler

Lisa Codianne Fowler is a multiple-award-winning travel journalist who has covered destinations from St. Petersburg, Florida to St. Petersburg, Russia. She’s ridden bum boats in Singapore, swum with sharks in Tahiti and enjoys sailing the Caribbean. Though more nature lover than city girl, she has a special fondness for Paris. But her favorite spot on the planet is her hometown of Sarasota, of which she has penned many a published feature. For Visit Florida’s domestic and international markets, she has traveled to every corner of the state, with her articles appearing in at least six languages. Luxury and romantic travel, food and wine, pet-friendly travel and nature are her primary inspirations, though she has covered everything from biker clubs to bath products. Her work has graced numerous international print publications, and peppers many an online venue, including Travel.USAToday.com. She is a travel video host and narrator for MPS Studios, producers of the PBS-quality Gulf Beaches Story rich media site. As the Corporate Communications Director for one of the world’s largest travel vacation clubs and travel incentive companies, Lisa oversees all B2B and B2C content. She also manages social media for a number of firms as well as for her own brand and award-winning website, TravelwithLisaOnline.com. She is a long-standing member of the North American Travel Journalists Association; the International Food, Wine and Travel Writers Association; the Tourists Guild, and Young Entrepreneurs of Sarasota. Lisa has been writing travel and tourism for more than 25 years.
