I’ve been a lover of food and drink ever since I can remember. I grew up in a family that loved to cook, travel and try new things. Among my skills and certifications are a fluency in Spanish, the Advanced Degree from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust, Spanish Wine Educator Certificate, an MA from the University of East Anglia, UK, in Philosophy of Food and Drink and a BA from Bard College in NY. I am currently a freelance writer and educator based in NYC.
