 The physical facility and equipment are impeccably clean. The architecture and design are appealing, creative/innovative, and evoke the desired ambiance. Treatments and services are diverse, creative/innovative, and include a signature/specialty treatment. Pricing is commensurate with the quality of the treatment/service, retail products, staff expertise, and the quality of the facility. Staff are knowledgeable, welcoming, and consultative regarding treatment and product options. Reception staff are friendly, efficient and respectful of client's time and privacy. Spa staff administering treatments have the required certification; certification information is readily and easily available on-site or on-line (certification initials/abbreviation behind name meets this requirement. Products need not be certified organic, but there is evidence that they are environmentally friendly and sustainably produced. Other If Other, please specify (required)
